As we go through life, busy as it can be, we often forget to take just a moment to “smell the roses” as it’s often stated. To be quite honest, I almost missed this lone flower thriving in an environment paved over by asphalt. Despite the challenging conditions, this flower still managed to bloom and enjoy a refreshing shower from the Okinawan skies.
