We all get stuck within the confines of our own comfort zones. This actually prevents us from experience life as it should be experienced. I'm a victim of this myself, being the introvert I am. I never really knew what all I was missing, what memories could have been made had I taken a small step out of my comfort zone. I'm working on it though, one small step at a time.
For those who are realizing the same about themselves, or know of people who have become caught in the safety of their boundaries, I feel you. It's not easy task to accomplish, but for me, my street photography has been the start to changing things. You have to get outside that comfort zone with street photography in order to catch those emotionally charged shots of everyday people doing everyday things. I would ecourage anyone with a drive to pursue photography to grab a couple close friends and just go out and give street photography a try. You might be surprised at how much you come to enjoy it once you get over that feeling of "invading" someone's privacy.
